"Not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews. My husband was t-boned in December. State Farm helped us out but then dropped us 7 months later. We received a letter out of the blue one day telling us they were canceling our auto policy due to the accident on record. Thought that’s what insurance policies were for? We have been faithful customers for years, using this company for our life insurance and home owners as well. Despite many companies telling us State Farm is one of the worst when it comes to insurance claims, we will stuck with them. For years. Then one accident and we are suddenly dropped. Very disappointed. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
And in case you’re thinking “there has to be more to this story” the answer is no, this is 100% the truth."

I’m not sure if he has a fiduciary bond but this man exemplifies heart, courage & compassion. "To whom it may concern: I have been a loyal customer with Geico for many years, but after speaking with an agent in your office I now realize the error of my ways, and am hereby switching to State Farm. I just got off the phone with Lisa Cichon, and she was somehow able to save me over 50% per month on my auto insurance, and also got me to add renter's insurance too. I feel that she is the single greatest saleswoman in history, she could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves. Plus she has a great phone voice.

In closing, I demand that she be promoted immediately.
