Not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews. My husband was t-boned in December. State Farm helped us out but then dropped us 7 months later. We received a letter out of the blue one day telling us they were canceling our auto policy due to the accident on record. Thought that’s what insurance policies were for? We have been faithful customers for years, using this company for our life insurance and home owners as well. Despite many companies telling us State Farm is one of the worst when it comes to insurance claims, we will stuck with them. For years. Then one accident and we are suddenly dropped. Very disappointed. Will be taking my business elsewhere. And in case you’re thinking “there has to be more to this story” the answer is no, this is 100% the truth.

Best insurance agent ever. I’ve called him for life’s challenges & honestly he is there for me even if it’s not just a policy question. Most people only care if sales are included, but not Kevin. I’m not sure if he has a fiduciary bond but this man exemplifies heart, courage & compassion. He’s always on top of things and has called to make suggestions or provide any information that may be relevant to a policy change or follow. If your lucky enough to have him as an agent then you know. If not give his office a call.

Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there! This slogan describes Kevin Thomas and his staff! I just had my first car accident EVER and State Farm was there! Kevin’s team walked me through what I needed to do and how to get it all done! What would I have done without the empathy and understanding shown to me? I wish I still had that perfect record but glad they were my “neighbor” through all of this! Thank you, Kevin Thomas!
